Researchers have compared meditators and non meditators on several occasions of psychological well-being.

Meditators significantly showed higher levels of self-esteem and overall sense of well-being.

Whereas, non meditators showed fear to express themselves, procrastination, and low self confidence.

Evidence from correlational research suggests that people who practice mindfulness and meditation, report a lower levels of negative effect and psychopathological symptoms and have a highly positive life satisfaction and psychological effect overall.

Mindfulness can help alleviate these problems by focusing our attention on the current moment and improving your concentration skills. Calligraphy is the best practice to find clarity , calm and focus in the particular moment.

While mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, accepting your thoughts and emotions, and not judging them. By taking time out of your day to be mindful, you can improve your mental health and reduce stress levels.
